These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and participation in services, events, communications, and experiences offered by Leah Smith, doing business as Fika with Leah and Fika Skön, LLC, including but not limited to skincare education and recommendations, intuitive counseling, and curated experiences such as The Slumber Party Series™.

By engaging with any offering under Fika with Leah or Fika Skön, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Services

Fika with Leah offers holistic, faith-centered services, including:

• Skincare education and product guidance under the Fika Skön™ brand

• Licensed esthetician services based on professional training and skincare knowledge

• Spiritual and intuitive support provided in the capacity of an ordained minister

• Virtual and in-person events focused on healing, self-care, and intentional living, such as The Slumber Party Series™

These offerings are designed to support emotional well-being, spiritual alignment, and personal growth.

2. Medical, Legal & Psychological Disclaimer

All content and services are intended for educational and personal development purposes only. They do not replace professional medical, legal, or psychological guidance.

• Skincare: Recommendations are based on professional licensure but are general in nature. You should consult a licensed dermatologist or medical provider for specific skincare or health conditions.

• Spiritual Guidance: Intuitive counseling is provided through ministerial practice and is not a substitute for therapy or professional counseling.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions and outcomes.

3. Participation & Community Guidelines

Fika with Leah events are intentionally curated for individuals who resonate with feminine energy and emotional safety. By registering for or attending, you agree to:

• Participate respectfully and uphold the emotional sanctity of the space

• Refrain from any disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior

• Honor the privacy and vulnerability of fellow attendees

The Slumber Party Series™

This event is curated specifically for women and those who align with feminine energy. To protect the intimate and sacred nature of the experience, Leah Smith reserves the right to deny or revoke access to anyone whose presence or behavior does not align with the spirit of the gathering. No refunds will be issued under such circumstances.

4. Payments, Refunds & Transfers

• All event tickets, digital sessions, and bundled experiences are non-refundable unless canceled by Leah Smith.

• If you cannot attend a booked session, you may request a transfer to a future date or another guest (subject to availability and approval).

• If Leah cancels an event, a full refund or future credit will be issued.

5. Product Use, Safety & Disclaimers (Fika Skön™ Kits)

Skincare kits provided at Fika with Leah events are included solely to enhance the experience. These kits are not for individual resale or retail distribution.

By using products provided, you acknowledge that:

• Ingredient lists are available at www.fikawithleah.com and have been reviewed by you

• You assume responsibility for any reactions or sensitivities

• You will discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a healthcare provider if necessary

• Fika Skön products are not FDA-evaluated and are for external use only

Leah Smith and Fika Skön, LLC are not liable for adverse reactions or misuse.

6. Copyright & Trademark Notice

All written content, course materials, brand language, event names, graphics, videos, logos, and visuals created and shared under Fika with Leah™ and Fika Skön™ are protected by United States copyright law. This includes but is not limited to:

• Event names (Slumber Party Series™, Fika & Facials™, Fika After Dark™)

• Product names and packaging

• Audio/visual materials, digital downloads, and course content

• Brand expressions and marketing language

Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or derivative use of content without express written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Leah Smith retains full ownership of all intellectual property, whether registered or unregistered. You may not imply affiliation, copy experience structures, or rebrand derivative services without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

By participating in any service, event, or using any product, you agree to release Leah Smith, Fika with Leah, and Fika Skön, LLC from all liability related to:

• Physical or emotional experiences

• Skin reactions or product use

• Financial decisions or outcomes

• Event access or digital issues

You engage at your own risk and assume full responsibility for your experience.
